Transforming a Patchy New Build Lawn in S21

We recently completed an artificial grass installation at a property in the S21 area of Derbyshire.

The customer had recently moved into a new build home and was struggling with the condition of the lawn. Like many new build gardens, the ground contained a significant amount of clay, making it difficult for natural grass to establish properly. The result was a patchy lawn that was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain and enjoy.

After discussing the options, we recommended a premium artificial grass solution that would provide a consistent, low-maintenance finish throughout the year.

The Project Overview

This project involved preparing the existing garden and installing a brand new artificial lawn across the rear garden.

The total area covered was 45m², creating a clean and attractive outdoor space that can be enjoyed regardless of the weather.

Our team prepared the area, installed a suitable base and carefully fitted the artificial grass to create a seamless finish throughout the garden.

The installation was completed efficiently with minimal disruption, and the property was left clean and tidy once the work was finished.
